About Robert

Robert Mallon is a nationally recognized, professional speaker and author based in Atlanta, Ga. He has over 30 years of business experience having worked internally with several nationally known corporations. He has won numerous awards for his management, leadership, and sales abilities. Robert has always had great passion for growing people and companies and in helping them to live up to their full potential. This has turned into his life mission.

Born and raised in Charlotte, NC, Robert is the proud father of three sons – Joe, Clint, and Brock. He was married for nearly 26 years to his beautiful wife Leigh, who passed away from cancer in 2005.

In 2007, Robert found love again and was remarried! His wife Sandy is a Hospice nurse in Gainesville, GA.  With the marriage, Robert gained two new “bonus” kids. Corey Hutchins is a surgical sales rep in Chattanooga, TN.  Callie Sims and her husband Tyler live in Gainesville, GA.

He is very active within his church and has been leading men’s groups since 1997. One of his passions is in helping men grow spiritually which directly influences all other areas of their lives as well. Robert has written two books in a series called “The Path – Becoming a Successful Man of God.” Robert speaks to men’s groups around the country.

Robert’s hobbies include dancing, music and great food. One of his major passions is exploring “Hole in the Walls” around the country while traveling. He loves to find the restaurants that the locals know about but that the tourists rarely find. Of note, Robert is an exercise fanatic. He has been actively exercising since the age of 13, never taking more than a week off at a time. No matter what city he is in, you will usually find Robert in a gym around 5:30 a.m.

Robert enjoys traveling to some of the world’s most beautiful locations. He is on the road approximately 12o days each year for business and pleasure. In recent years, a new hobby has emerged – photography! He particularly enjoys photographing Mother Nature at her finest!
