Just this week, I learned about something called &quot;Afformations&quot;.  Same idea, but instead of making a statement, you ask yourself a question, like &quot;Why Am I So Confident?&quot; or &quot;Why Do I always eat nutritious foods?&quot;.  Heard of it?</description>
